Working in America: Webinar
A webinar hosted by Dr Karen Dickinson, a USA-based surgeon who trained in the UK. Dr Dickinson gave insight into the applications, qualifications and lifestyle changes required to live and work in America.
The event on the whole was amazing. The talks were interesting and the skills workshops were really fun and engaging. Thanks!
The refreshments were lovely!
I would definitely attend another event similiar to this in the future!

Introduction to Laparoscopic Skills
Clinical research fellow, Mr. Noel Aruparayil lead the session intended to expose students to laparoscopic equipment and most importantly, allow them to practice using it to do simple tasks, equipping students with skills necessary to assist in theatre!

Our popular knot tying, basic and advanced suturing workshops run each term and aim to provide attendees with the fundamentals of surgical skills! These skills could then be advanced further in our dedicated suturing course or put to the test during events and competitions!
